The Tusk Riders are a race of semi-human boar riders.
Their actual origins are unknown. Considered their own race, in the distant past they had both human and troll ancestors.
Their religion demands blood drinking and further outrages. They ride giant pigs called Tuskers. They prefer to live in hilly forests. They are equal opportunity plunderers and mercenaries.
