Event

The dialogues will differ depending on your choices during Saraska III: Tribal War Threat.

Dialogue 1

This will happen if you chose to wait and see during Saraska III: Tribal War Threat (Option 5).

The <X> tribe surprises you with an attack on your tribal hall.  They are led by Saraska, who clearly intends to force you to join their new kingdom.  The clans of your tribe rush to meet them on the battlefield.  There is no time for an orderly plan of battle.
  1. Fight as honor demands, no less and no more.
  2. Fight cautiously.
  3. Fight without quarter.
  4. Argue for surrender.

King of Dragon Pass

Dialogue 2

This will happen if you prepared for war during Saraska III: Tribal War Threat (Option 4).

The <X tribe> attacks your tribal hall.  They are led by Saraska who clearly intends to force you to join their new kingdom.  The clans of your tribe rush to meet them on the battlefield.  Knowing that this day was coming, you are ready for battle.
  1. Fight as honor demands, no less and no more.
  2. Fight cautiously.
  3. Fight without quarter.
  4. Argue for surrender.

King of Dragon Pass

Dialogue 3

This will happen if you chose to attack before they attacked during Saraska III: Tribal War Threat (Option 3).

War is inevitable. The upheavals caused by Saraska's claims will not end until she and her allies are defeated on the battlefield. Or so you tell your warriors as you prepare to attack. Among the other clans of your tribe, you take the field against the <X tribe>.
  1. Fight as honor demands, no less and no more.
  2. Fight cautiously.
  3. Fight without quarter.
  4. Sacrifice to the war gods before battle begins.

King of Dragon Pass

Consequences

  • Fight as honor demands is the middle ground, allowing you to gain some honor at the risk of some of your warriors.
  • Fight cautiously minimizes the risk to your warriors, but your reputation will suffer among the tribemates.
  • Fight without quarter gains you the most glory among your tribemates, but you risk your warriors the most.
  • Successfully sacrificing to the gods allows your warriors to fight harder, and better, and have a greater chance to survive.

Note: So far it seems that no matter how ferociously you fight, Saraska will die during this event, even if your own warriors fare poorly. However, if defeated you may well go to Saraska III: Crown Test
